Piano Studio Policies & Enrollment Information 25/26

• Students enroll for three consecutive trimesters (Autumn, Winter, Spring) according to the Studio Jin Jeon Academic Calendar.

• Each academic year includes 33 weekly lessons.

​

• Lesson duration options:

◦ 50-minute lessons

◦ 25-minute lessons

​

• Monthly Subscription Fees:

◦ 50-minute lessons: €220/month

◦ 25-minute lessons: €110/month

​

• Lessons follow the studio's academic calendar, independent of the public school calendar in Vienna.

​

• Price Adjustment:
  The Teacher reserves the right to adjust prices annually. Any changes will be communicated in writing at least 2 months in advance.

• The annual fee is divided into 12 equal monthly installments.

• Payments are made via SEPA Direct Debit (automatic monthly withdrawal).

• Flexible Coaching (individual lessons without subscription):

◦ 50-minute session: €100

◦ 25-minute session: €50

• Students may begin their subscription at the start of any trimester (September, January, or April).

• In such cases, their subscription covers three consecutive trimesters from the start date.

• The monthly payment remains €220 or €110, depending on lesson duration.

• Cancellation by Student:

Students who terminate before completing three trimesters must provide a one-month written notice.

Lessons already taken will be recalculated at the Flexible Coaching Rate:

50-minute lesson: €100

25-minute lesson: €50

Any outstanding balance will be invoiced accordingly.

• Cancellation by Teacher:

In the unlikely event that the teacher must cancel the subscription early (e.g., health, relocation):

Lessons already provided will be charged at the subscription per-lesson rate:

50-minute lesson: €80

25-minute lesson: €40

Any overpaid amounts will be refunded accordingly.

• End of Subscription:

After completing three trimesters, the subscription automatically ends unless renewed by mutual agreement.

• Students who complete a full academic year (three trimesters in a row) will receive a complimentary bonus coaching session:

50-minute students: 60-minute bonus

25-minute students: 30-minute bonus

• The bonus session must be used within six months after the completion of all three trimesters.

• All cancellations, changes, or special requests must be submitted in writing (email, letter, WhatsApp, SMS).

• Lessons can be rescheduled if the student provides at least 24 hours' notice.

• Missed lessons without 24-hour notice are non-refundable, unless due to emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies).

• In cases of teacher absence, a makeup lesson will be offered or fees will be adjusted.

• The teacher assumes no liability for accidents occurring on the way to or from the lesson location.

• Students and/or legal guardians are liable for any damages they cause to the premises, instruments, or facilities where the studio is located.

• Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of contract management and lesson organization and will not be shared with third parties.

• If individual provisions of this agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
