Service Description
For pianists who prefer a flexible schedule or need individual consultations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Flexible Coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the session fee is non-refundable, except in cases of emergency (such as medical emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances). Rescheduling: Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice may reschedule their session without penalty. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being charged in full. Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions to the above policy may be made at the teacher’s discretion.
